Azkals with a Great Win!

After a disappointing "friendly"game against Singapore last friday, Azkals sharpened their dogtooth and victimized Nepal.

THE YOUNGHUSBANDS CONNECTION!
Phil and James Younghusband combined for 3 big Goals in their game versus Nepal plus a finishing goal of Matthew Hartmann.

The first goal of Phil Younghusband was made in the 16th minute of the first half. Paul Mulders made a great assist to Phil to convert that first point.

The other Younghusband contributed another goal in the 29th minute of the game. James Younghusband scored the 2nd point of the Azkals in a shot from the outside of the box.

In the 55th minute of the match, another goal was made by Phil Younghusband from a corner shot and that was his 2nd goal of the game, and for the finishing kick Matthew Hartmann made the 4th and last goal of the Azkals in the 89th minute of the game.

Azkals sealed a win against the Nepalese, 4-0.

It has been a long time since the Younghusbands played this well in a football match especially their striker Phil, but it was so nice to see Azkals played this well.

Nepal team had their chances to score but Neil Etheridge played a great goal keeping for the Philippines and stopped the strikers and attacks of the Nepalese.

Paul Mulders and their new teammate Dennis Cagara made an outstanding game to help Azkals clinched this win.

Azkals showed an improved team game and it looks like that their chemistry is slowly building up and it is a good sign for Philippine Football Team.
